Set-Up Times
- Each exhibitor will have their own designated set-up time slot in order to ease the flow of load-in traffic.
- Please refer to Andrea’s “Dreamer Day Set-Up – Let’s Get Excited!” email to review your set-up time. If it does not work for your schedule, please reach out to her as soon as possible.
Load-In Procedure
- All exhibitor vehicles must first attend the Marshalling Yard located in Parking Lot 853.
- If you DO NOT require a loading dock, please park in the northern portion of the parking lot. You may unload your equipment onto rolling dollies or hand carry your materials into the venue through the west docks using Ramp #40 which will bring you directly into Exhibit Hall A.
*Please be aware that dollies are shared amongst exhibitors. If you are unable to locate one immediately, kindly note that others may be using them. You will have access to a dolly as soon as one becomes available.
- If you REQUIRE a loading dock, park in the southern portion of the parking lot and wait for a free space in the docks.
- A security guard will issue you a pass when space is available.
- Follow the instructions provided by security staff for vehicle queuing.
- Available space for loading is on a first in first out basis and based on your arrival time and the type of vehicle you are utilizing.
- Some vehicles may jump forward in the queue due to mandatory logistical considerations specific to the event (if it serves the best interest of the overall loading program).
- Security staff will issue you a marshalling pass for the west loading docks which must be shown for access into the docks or ground level off-loading. This pass will contain blank information fields to complete which requires your booth number and driver phone number.
Here is a map of Hall A and the West Loading Docks for reference:

Exhibitor Check-in
- Head straight through the entrance in Hall A, where our staff will welcome you and help you to your booth.
- If you don’t see a staff member, they may be busy helping other exhibitors. In that case, you can make your way to your booth by searching for your company name and start to set up your display.
- A staff member will be around to check you in once they become available.

Here’s what you can expect from Dreamer Day 2025:
- In the morning, students and teachers will head straight to the main stage for a warm welcome and a few opening instructions.
- After that, the day is theirs to explore! They will make their way around the exhibitor trade show floor, where 50+ fantastic exhibitors, like you, will be ready to engage in meaningful conversations and interactive activities, helping students to discover a variety of exciting career paths.
- There will also be various live demonstrations on the main stage throughout the day, as well as panel discussions from trailblazers in various fields in our breakout room.
- We will have a roaming host moving around the trade show floor, streaming exhibitors’ interactive activities live on the big screens so that everyone can catch the excitement in real time.
When you’re not engaging with guests on the trade show floor, feel free to take a break and enjoy some refreshments in our exhibitor lounge, conveniently located just off the main floor.
Student Passports
- When students enter the event, they are greeted by volunteers, who will provide them with a swag bag and a Dreamer Day passport.
- This passport is a guide for students to use during the event in order for them to get the most out of their experience.
- The passport includes pages that highlight key elements of the event and a Student Card with activities to anchor their learning and engagement (and a chance to win an exciting prize).
- On their Student Card pages, students are given tasks that they must complete in order to earn a stamp from you (during set-up, you will be provided with said stamp at your exhibitor booth table).
- Once students complete the entire Student Card, they will be able to enter a draw for a chance to win an iPad.
- The passport is not only a fun way for students to engage with the event, but also a valuable tool to help spark meaningful conversations and connections with industry professionals like you. It’s a win-win!
Exhibitor Badges
- Your exhibitor pass provides you with access to the event and the exhibitor lounge, where you will find a light meal and refreshments.
- Your passes will be placed on your table at check-in, so please be sure to wear them to ensure you’re easily recognized as an exhibitor. Please refer to Andrea’s “Dreamer Day Set-Up – Let’s Get Excited!” email to review your number of allocated exhibitor passes.
- To purchase any extra exhibitor passes for $75 each, please email Andrea at [email protected].
