Lora McMillan is a queer woman working in Ledcor Construction’s Toronto branch. She started her career as a carpenter and worked her way up to a Project Director and working to establish the Special Projects division at Ledcor Toronto. Lora is a founding member of Ledcor's Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Council, and a staunch advocate for inclusion within the construction industry.
